3. Booking and Payment Terms

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Clarity Travel Tours. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour and are detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally:

• Cancellations 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Clarity Travel Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to inadequate documentation.

6. Health and Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in tours. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Travel Tours acts only as an agent for suppliers of travel services and is not liable for acts or omissions of such suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Travel insurance is mandatory for certain tours.

9. Behavior and Conduct

We expect all travelers to conduct themselves respectfully and considerately. We reserve the right to remove from tours any person whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
